Our founder members are experienced facilitators, psychologists, coaches and actors.

Between us we enjoy decades of experience, whether working in collaboration or independently. Our focus is always upon the practicalities of promoting effective change - both for companies and for the unique individuals who work within them.

Trixie Rawlinson is a skilled and experienced facilitator with a particular eye on the psychological undertow of communication dynamics. Formerly a BBC journalist and qualified psychotherapist she brings a keen eye and ear and a lightness of touch to sensitive situations.  With an MA in Group Dynamics, a diploma in psychotherapy and (nearly) a doctorate in Organisation Development she has studied widely in the areas of behaviour, emotion and learning which brings a robust underpinning to her work with large and small groups and one-to-one coaching. Trixie works regularly on a national and international basis.

Julie Wales has been in the business of communications for most of her professional life. Her career spans the worlds of psychology, education, theatre and journalism - whether enjoying the challenges of inner city teenagers, working for the BBC, or writing for the Guardian, her efforts have always been on finding ways to connect. As an internationally experienced coach and facilitator, her focus is now on why and how professionals can change their behaviours for the better. Over the past 15 years she has relished the company of everyone from captains of industry to aspiring graduates, as well as all those in between looking for fresh ideas.

Kitty Martin is an accomplished role player facilitator drawing on 35 years as a professional theatre maker. A highly experienced Forum Theatre practitioner, Kitty trained with Adrian Jackson and Julian Boal in Rainbow of Desires, a method addressing psychological blocks when facing change.  Her skilled technique combines bespoke character and scenario briefs with specific, constructive feedback directly related to the learning objectives. In a safe environment Kitty encourages clients facing difficult and challenging situations to develop, rehearse and select options which enable them to take action with confidence.
