Trixie Rawlinson is a qualified psychotherapist, has an MA in Group Dynamics, and is currently completing a doctorate in Organisation Development. Having studied widely in the areas of behaviour, emotion and learning, she offers a robust underpinning to her work as a skilled facilitator. Formerly a BBC radio journalist and experienced presenter, she brings a keen ear, tact, diplomacy and a lightness of touch to sensitive situations - together with a particular eye on the undertow of the psychology of communication. Trixie works regularly on a national and international basis with large and small groups and one-to-one coaching.
Julie Wales has been in the business of communication for most of her professional life. Her career spans the worlds of psychology, education, theatre and journalism. Whether facing the challenges of leadership within inner city education, working as a journalist in BBC newsrooms or writing for the Guardian, she has a focused and intelligent approach. As an internationally experienced coach and facilitator, she is expert at unlocking why and how professionals change their behaviours. Over the past 15 years she has worked with hundreds of clients, from aspiring graduates to captains of industry, helping them to build on their strengths.
Kitty Martin is an accomplished role player facilitator drawing on 35 years as a professional theatre maker. A highly experienced Forum Theatre practitioner, Kitty trained with Adrian Jackson and Julian Boal in Rainbow of Desires, a method addressing psychological blocks when facing change. Her skilled technique combines bespoke character and scenario briefs with specific, constructive feedback directly related to the learning objectives. In a safe environment Kitty encourages clients facing difficult and challenging situations to develop, rehearse and select options which enable them to take action with confidence.
